Gentle Somatic Yoga with Nancy Lowe
This gentle somatic yoga class offers a practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike. These classes are perfect for you if you like to take yoga at a gentle pace, or if you want to find a regular moment of calm amidst a busy or stressful day to day life.
This is a very peaceful yoga class, with an emphasis on tuning in, moving with intention and with respect for your own unique body and needs, with plenty of variations always offered. Mindfulness and a chance to pause and reflect are coupled with gentle somatic movements, dynamic flow sequences and guided breathwork. These practices create a class tailored towards meeting, settling and toning the nervous system, helping to bring about a lasting sense of groundedness and grace in body and mind.
Yoga For Cancer with Jenna Blair and Team
Our Yoga for Cancer classes have been supporting those in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas since 2023. We were kindly granted further funding from Lingen Davies to continue these sessions in 2026 at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre in Belle Vue with Monday and Saturday classes being available to attend online too! These gentle, welcoming sessions are designed to help you move mindfully, feel supported, and connect with others in a safe and calm environment.
Children’s Yoga with Dionne Wells
Our Children’s Yoga classes are playful and interactive, incorporating storytelling, games, movement and mindfulness to keep children engaged and motivated and leaving feeling calm and refreshed. Yoga is such a powerful tool for children with endless benefits which include improving focus and concentration, reducing stress and anxiety and boosting creativity and imagination. Dionne is an experienced Primary School Teacher and more recently qualified as a Children’s Yoga instructor, offering classes and workshops for little Yogi’s at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre. Warrior Strength Circuits With Josie Lloyd
Gain strength and confidence using dumbells, learn movements that will help to maintain and grow muscle mass, and maintain/increase bone density. Suitable for all, this session will be full of fun, education and community.
Mindful Yoga with Alana Dean or Sophie McCahey
A friendly and inclusive class suitable for beginners and beyond. We will slow down and connect to our body, mind and soul through physical movement, breath and stillness. Taking the time to be mindful on a Monday can really help us to set the tone for the week, while a Wednesday class offers the perfect opportunity to reset, refocus, and move through the rest of the week with greater ease and clarity.
Gentle Yoga with Jenna Blair and team
Jenna began using the phrase “Gentle Yoga” when she first started teaching yoga in September 2019. She wanted to find a word to describe the practice she offered, that everyone would understand, particularly those completely new to it. Jenna’s aim has always been to deliver sessions that are gentle in content, and gentle in approach.
A Gentle Yoga class is a guided small group practice perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis alike - move your body, use your breath and find some stillness within. These are accessible classes with plenty of options and variations to choose from - zero pressure is involved, and rest is encouraged.
You can join us for this class at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre (Tuesday, Friday, Sunday). Friday and Sunday’s classes are also available online.
Baby Massage With Heather Smallbone
Baby Massage for parents with babies from 4 weeks up to crawling age. Learn gentle massage techniques to help calm your little ones and help alleviate common infant ailments such as colic and sleep issues whilst meeting other parents.
Heather is a mum of two and has a background in massage and reflexology.
Each week we will introduce techniques for a different part of the body, implementing positive nurturing touch.
All resources and massage oil are included.
Pilates with Zoe Lomas
We provide a comprehensive Pilates class that includes adaptations so that it is suitable for all levels, especially beginners. We introduce a different routine of exercises every week keeping it interesting and providing a balance, the main emphasis is bringing the Mind, Body, Breath and Movement together.
Simply Yoga with Debbie Suckling
Simply Yoga for beginners and beyond - foster a sense of calm with gentle movement, connection to breath and relaxation practices. Debbie’s class is on Tuesday’s at 6pm, in the Studio or Online via Zoom.
Yin Yoga with Lizzie Daley or Lucy Pugh
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. It is a passive practice that involves variations of seated and supine poses accessing deeper layers of fascia and encouraging a deeply relaxed and meditative state. End your Tuesday at 7:30pm with Lizzie or end your Thursday at 7:30pm with Lucy.
Chair Yoga with Sophie McCahey or Sue Stefiuk
Chair yoga is a wonderful practice that adapts traditional yoga poses and flows to be performed while seated on a chair or using the chair for support. This form of yoga makes the practice accessible to individuals of all ages, abilities, and mobility levels, offering a gentle yet effective way to experience the benefits of yoga.
Chair yoga classes are usually designed to be gentle, making them suitable for seniors, individuals with limited mobility, or those recovering from injuries. The emphasis is on adapting the practice to meet the needs of each participant, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. Wednesday at 12pm with Sophie or Friday at 1:30pm with Sue.
Tai Chi Qigong With Tom Stacey
Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of movement exercise that promotes self body /mind balance by activating and the flow of Chi (vital energy) through the body. The practice has many physical benefits, including aiding flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and can help improve concentration and co-ordination. It brings a sense of calm and focus to the body, mind and spirit. Tai Chi Qigong is easy to learn, and no previous experience is necessary.
Yoga To Inspire Creativity With Natasha Arnfield
Whether you’re looking to start a creative practice, you’re already working in a creative medium or you simply wish to explore your creativity, this class will support you to find the stillness to let the creative space open up.
With a mixture of traditional asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and reference to a wide variety of sources, this class will guide you to nurture your creative self-expression whilst moving in a gentle way that is right for you. All welcome.

Pregnancy Yoga with Ange Knight
Pregnancy yoga classes offer a nurturing space in which you can connect deeply with your body and baby. They also provide an opportunity to meet a community of other mums to be in Shrewsbury. Each class includes:
Gentle yoga designed to build strength and ease some of the discomfort that can sometimes come with pregnancy;
A variety of breathing and visualisation techniques that can be used during pregnancy, birth and beyond;An opportunity to share your experiences with other mums to be in a safe and supportive space; and
