NEW ~ Rise Anatomy with Anya Hawkes ~ NEW
8 Week Series starts Wednesday 7 October | 7:00 to 9:00 pm | Available in the studio or live via Zoom or recordings | Online: £245 | Studio: £295
Functional anatomy. Intelligent movement. Inspiring teaching.
Honouring our similarities. Celebrating our differences.
Rise Anatomy is an inspiring eight-part anatomy series for yoga teachers, movement professionals and curious learners who want to understand the human body with greater depth, confidence and clarity.
Blending contemporary science with practical movement, each two-hour session brings anatomy to life through exploration, discussion and experience. Rather than simply memorising muscles and bones, you’ll discover how the body’s systems work together, how movement is created, and how a deeper understanding of anatomy can transform the way you move, teach and connect with others.
Our approach is rooted in functional anatomy, guided by intelligent movement and inspired by the remarkable adaptability of the human body. We honour the principles we all share while celebrating the uniqueness of every individual, recognising that there is no single ‘perfect’ way to move or practice yoga asanas.
Whether you join us in the studio or online via Zoom, or watch the recordings, every session combines science-informed anatomy with practical application and the magic and mystery of the human body, helping you to build knowledge that is engaging, accessible and immediately useful in both your teaching and your own movement practice.
