Smarter Yin for All Bodies: A Fascia-Informed Yin Revolution!
This unique training is for yoga teachers who are ready to go beyond the surface of Yin Yoga and dive into a deeper, more intelligent, and more inclusive approach to teaching. While we honour the traditional roots of Yin and its relationship with Chinese medicinethe heart of this training is inspired by a modern anatomical lens - rooted in the myofascial meridians, the fascial matrix, and the relationship between body, brain, and breath.
This gives you a really intelligent and transformation foundation from which to teach Yin. In Level Two, we then dive into Chinese Medicine and the creativity and nuance of the 5 element approach.
In this 50hr training you’ll learn how to create Yin Yoga experiences that are both soul-deep and body-wise, letting go of the outdated 'survive-the-pose' mindset in favour of an approach that supports real transformation and long-term wellbeing. A Soulful Journey Through Energy, Emotion & Embodiment
This immersive Yin Yoga teacher training is an invitation to dive into the wisdom of the Chinese Five Elements and the subtle energy of the Five Spirits, offering a powerful and poetic framework for understanding both yoga and life itself. Anchored in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and brought to life through embodied Yin practices, this course offers a soulful, seasonal, and energetically intelligent approach to teaching Yin Yoga.
You’ll explore how each element (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water) relates to specific organ pairs, meridians, emotions, archetypes, and inner spirit energies (the Wu Shen or Five Spirits), and how these can be woven meaningfully into class design, sequencing, and language. With a balance of theory and experiential learning, this training gives you the tools to craft deeply intuitive and healing Yin Yoga classes that align with the cycles of nature, the emotional body, and the energy of transformation.
Whether you're a yoga teacher, bodyworker, or energy healer, this training will deepen your understanding of the body-mind-soul connection through the elemental lens of Chinese medicine - and awaken your ability to teach Yin with heart, harmony, and depth.
